Now, bend the left knee, pulling it towards the chest while the right shoulder blade lifts, pointing your elbows toward the lifted left knee. Simultaneously, the right leg should be stretched outwards, forming a 45 degree angle. Switch legs in controlled movements resembling your legs when pedaling on bike. Do this for 4 sets, with each set having 30 reps and a few minutes of rest between each set.
